Well, I am back. I have been super busy at things and I have not followed up on my desire to post a running journal.

We’ve got cooler days down here in Florida these days, all the way down to the 80″s… lol It is cooler for us, but still very

nice. But, I am not here to talk too much about the weather. I love the way the Lord has created the different enviroments,

some like it cold, some like snow, some like the dry desert lands. I like it hot. But, I have friends who do not like it this hot, and in

them is a desire to stay north where there are four seasons (including that wet white stuff they call snow.) Well, that means there

are christians in the north, the south, the east, and the west. I believe that our desires are given to us by the Lord.

Desires are one of the things that I am still learning about. I laid all my desires on the table before the Lord and asked for His.

Since then, He has given me many desires. It is a strange process within our hearts when we begin to adopt His desires as our own.

In the early stages, having any desire made me uneasy, so I sort of went around “desireless” just trying to have only His desires.

Then as I began to grow, I realized, some of those desires were His, and I began to open up. Of course, then there were all kinds

of desires that started flooding in, so then I had to back up and start again with a clean table.

We got to be careful not quench the Holy Spirit within us as He begins to place in us the desires of His heart. Yes, we must die to ourselves,

our own agenda, and our own personal goals, but don’t cast out the desires that the Lord puts in our hearts. It is a journey learning how

to discern His desires from our own.

Have a happy journey and keep smiling.

I am pretty excited about a few changes in my life that are coming up. The Logos Online Bible School class on Leadership will be starting pretty soon, and we are just making contact with other members in order to gather into groups. I have been reading over the material and like the fresh air of studying again.

In addition to the Logos Bible School, I am sort of sitting through Sandy Warner’s Prophetic Class also. She has years of experience, and I have enjoyed her writing for several of these years.

And, last, but not least, I have decided to go ahead and pursue my doctoral studies. As I go, I will begin working on my thesis, and once the draft is completed, I will find the proper place to submit it.

The thing I like most about all of this is that I know that it is the perfect will of God for me. I have been avoiding any great studying for a long time. I just would get frustrated because there always seemed to be something that had to be done. Well, by the grace of God, I have finally gotten my priorities straightened out. Praise the Lord.

Let the richness of God pour out through you. Don’t repress Him in your heart and thoughts.

The Israelites spied out the New Land that God had promised to them, but underestimated His
ability to move things on their behalf according to His will. They called themselves ‘grasshoppers” in the eyes of the enemy, and also said that the enemy considered them to be grasshoppers. Just little insignificant buggs to be stamped out.

Well, that is not true. If we’re on the path that the Lord has called us to, we are not insignificant bugs, we are forces to be reckoned with because greater is He who is in us than He who is in the world.

Don’t allow your thoughts to handicap your calls and desires. If you do, the enemy really will see you as nothing to worry about. Our first step of any battle is recognizing who our commanding Officer is, what His resources are, and then stepping on out in faith — knowing that He is cutting our paths.

As related to your teaching on the Perfect will of God and your
teaching on the Love of God and that Jesus said they will know
Christians by their love. In your teaching on the Perfect will of God
it displays that there are times you have to cut people out of your
life if it is not God’s will that they be connected to your life and
in that regard it appears to that person that you are not showing
love. How do you display the love of God to them in this case?

The love of God must be felt by us to each and everyone. However, it
is not possible to work with everyone as their spiritual level is
different. In a similar manner, in the Spiritual World, spirit beings
are grouped according to their spiritual level and development. Those
of the same level and spiritual development will find it easier to
work with those of similar character and attribute. Those lower than
them in spiritual development receive their instructions through the
leaders of their domain and this continues downwards until all are
touched from God’s throne radiating towards the smallest and weakest.
The feeling of love is always there but the ability of different
glories will cause pain to those of lesser glory as they cannot accept
nor comprehend the higher concepts of God. Some small example can be
found in 1 Corinthians 2 where the carnal mind will never accept the
things of the Spirit. Jesus said not to cast pearls to swine not
because He had no love for those who couldn’t rise up to His level but
rather that it might destroy those who are not prepared by God to
receive the revelation. All the higher beings in the highest glory
radiate their love from God to all lower than them. In like manner we
should allow our prayers and love to bless all who do not come to the
same level of understanding and glory in God.

“I will not talk of the good ole days, but talk about the horizon (ahead).

Paul says that we are to forget those things which are behind us and press onward. It seems so easy to say, but can very difficult to do. It is easy to find yourself in the middle of a conversation with someone about the things you did, used to do, or something that happened
to you in the past.

The Lord told me to press on and forget the past, to see the horizon before me.
What do you see? Do you see the purpose you were called for ahead of you? Do you see the vision
given to you by the Lord? Take the example from children who set their sights on what they want to be
when they grow up. If they want to be a pilot, then they have airplanes all around them. They put together
model airplanes, buy the ones that fly, read books, and talk about all kinds of airplanes.

Yet, just about the time that some of our brothers and sisters in the Lord, including myself, are reaching
a level of maturity, we find that they begin to talk about things in the past. Why? What is diverting their
attention? Or should I ask, “who” is diverting the attention? If the Lord is saying press on, and the vision
calls forth, then it is our enemy who shows us things past. And he only does it because if he can get us
to look back, we are not looking forward. The enemy fears our obedience to Jesus.

Let us walk in obedience and press on toward His High call on our lives.

Stace \o/

Eze 22:30 “I (1S)searched for a man among them who would (1T)build up the wall and (1U)stand in the gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one.
Eze 22:31 “Thus I have poured out My (1V)indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; (1W)their way I have brought upon their heads,” declares the Lord GOD.

Matthew Henry states:

There is none that appears as an intercessor for them (v. 30): I sought for a man among them that should stand in the gap, but I found none. Note,

(1.) Sin makes a gap in the hedge of protection that is about a people at which good things run out from them and evil things pour in upon them, a gap by which God enters to destroy them.

(2.) There is a way of standing in the gap, and making up the breach against the judgments of God, by repentance, and prayer, and reformation. Moses stood in the gap when he made intercession for Israel to turn away the wrath of God, Psa_106:23.

(3.) When God is coming forth against a sinful people to destroy them he expects some to intercede for them, and enquires if there be but one that does; so much is it his desire and delight to show mercy. If there be but a man that stands in the gap, as Abraham for Sodom, he will discover him and be well pleased with him.

(4.) It bodes ill to a people when judgments are breaking in upon them, and the spirit of prayer is restrained, so that not one is found that will either give them a good word or speak a good word for them.

(5.) When it is so, what can be expected but utter ruin? Therefore have I poured out my indignation upon them (Eze_22:31), have given it full scope, that it may come upon them in a full stream; yet, whatever God’s wrath inflicts upon a people, it is their own way that is therein recompensed upon their heads, and God deals with them no worse, but even much better, than their iniquity deserves.
